Cancellations
Please note that we have the following cancellation policy for our bookings:
- If you cancel at least 15 days before your visit, we’ll happily refund 50% of your booking.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled date are unfortunately non-refundable.
In order to initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us via email or the Contact Us form. The amount will be refunded 30 days after receiving your cancellation.
